Tilapia with lemon cream sauce

Easy Tilapia prep for any meal of the day!

Cover Tilapia fillets with flour and fry with very little olive oil.
Prepare sauce separately like this:

Add two tbsp of butter to saucepan and melt. Now add garlic and saute, then add fresh lemon juice (2-3 tbs), salt, pepper, dried parsley leaves and crushed red chili flakes. Saute for few seconds and then add flour and cream to make the sauce as thick as you like. Once ready, add to the tilapia and enjoy! Sides that go well with this preparation are broccoli, asparagus, mashed potatoes, garlic bread and brussel sprouts.
